The Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated healthcare in Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters with more than 600 employees at the Schiers hospital, the three nursing homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, assisted living, the daycare center, parental counseling, and the Medical Center Klosters.Our hospital in Schiers is a modern acute care hospital providing basic care with an interdisciplinary ward with 41 beds for the surgery, medicine, gynecology, and obstetrics clinics, an outpatient day clinic, the emergency department, and the certified Intermediate Care Unit (IMC).
For the IMC, emergency, and recovery room, we are looking for a Specialist Nurse IMC/Emergency/Recovery Room 60 - 100% starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your responsibilities include:
› Postoperative care and monitoring of patients in the recovery room
› Comprehensive care and monitoring of high-risk patients in the IMC area
› Comprehensive initial care of emergency patients
› Support and advice to nursing professionals in the department on nursing-related topics
Your profile:
› Certified expert in intensive or emergency care NDS or
› Certified nurse with professional experience, preferably in IMC/emergency/recovery room, and willingness to complete the NDK IMC course
› High standards for nursing quality and professional collaboration
› Organized, committed, and motivated to actively shape the area
› Socially and professionally competent, strong communication skills, and team-oriented
