In the Services area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement to strengthen our team in the Human Resources department for an Employee Human Resources Administration (60% workload)
Human Resources is responsible for all matters from entry to exit of our approximately 300 employees.
Your tasks:
• You are the administrative sparring partner of the HR team – think along, get involved, and keep everything together in the background
• Support in the onboarding and offboarding process: compiling contract attachments, administration of key/badge management, reception and brief introduction of new employees, organization of gifts for the first working day, assistance with registration and deregistration of social insurances
• Monitor work and residence permits
• Check internally provided documents for completeness
• Assist with time tracking and processing of sickness and accident reports
• Order information brochures, take over counter service, and order flowers in case of accident/illness
Your profile:
• Training in the commercial field with further education or professional experience in human resources
• Confident communication in German
• Proficient in common MS Office applications, experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Enjoy working with people; communicative and service-oriented demeanor
• Organizational talent with humor and empathy
• You like it when things run smoothly and do not find it stressful
