Team Leader 100% (m/f) Design/Development PAC/MED

• Personnel and technical leadership of the PAC/MED design/development team with 6 employees
• Coordination of our design team in India (Bangalore)
• Monitoring the progress of customer and development projects and ensuring they are completed within schedule and budget
• Responsibility for the quality and functionality of the tool
• Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Development and implementation of innovations and improvements in the design process
• Design and development of injection molds
• Technical support for sales, production, and assembly

• Completed training as a designer or toolmaker/polymechanic with design experience or equivalent further education
• Degree as a mechanical engineer FH
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Structured, independent, and precise working method
• High quality awareness, teamwork skills, and customer-oriented action

Desirable:

• Experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and InERP
• Experience in mold making
