Your tasks

Leading the cleaning group including managing and promoting around 25 – 30 employees in maintenance cleaning from various cultures
Ensuring optimal fulfillment of the cleaning service while maintaining and further developing processes and standards
Ensuring sustainable use of available resources through efficient personnel planning and economical as well as ecological use of consumable materials
Providing timely and target-group appropriate information to employees, customers, as well as internal and external partners
Representation in commissions and assistance in the training of cleaning technician specialists EFZ or EBA from August 2026
Organization and support of the basic and special cleaning specialist unit

Your profile

Solid expertise with appropriate training as a housekeeper or building cleaner with several years of professional and leadership experience in facility management or hospitality
Experience and expertise in cleanrooms, hospital hygiene, and laboratories
Willingness to occasionally work weekend and holiday shifts and actively participate within the cleaning group
Very good oral and written German skills as well as English desired, additional languages are an advantage
Independent, reliable, and proactive personality with a strong service orientation and flexible working hours
Good and practical IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
Driving license category B
