Your main task is to lead a team of software commissioning specialists who work in-house and worldwide on our projects

You handle the allocation of tasks and projects or create resource planning

You ensure the timely and professional implementation of the team's tasks and goals

You pursue the strategic development of the area of responsibility and specifically promote the competence building and role development of your employees

Identifying potential improvements and implementing targeted measures fall within your area of responsibility

You act as an expert and technical contact person for your team members and other departments

You have completed training in the field of technology or IT

You have several years of experience in software - ideally in commissioning

Leadership experience is an advantage – but not a must

You speak very good German and English

You enjoy conveying complex content and your strengths lie in interconnected thinking and solution orientation.

You have the ability to inspire employees for common goals and provide them with the necessary support to achieve them
