- You ensure needs-oriented, appropriate, and professional care and advice for our clients at home
- You record and document care services
- You work 2 – 4 times per week on the late shift
(approx. 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist
- Mindfulness, commitment, and empathy for our clients
- Flexibility in work organization
- Driver's license, good driving experience, and own car
