Your tasks

You are jointly responsible for handling all personnel administrative tasks from entry to exit. You prepare employment contracts, work certificates, confirmations, general correspondence, and obtain relevant permits. Handling accident and sickness notifications, family allowances, and maternity/paternity compensations also fall within your responsibilities. After an introductory phase, you will take on additional tasks such as time tracking, payroll, withholding tax, and year-end processing.

Your profile

You have a solid education or further training or several years of professional experience in the HR field. You have a good grasp, work solution-oriented, structured, and independently. Your oral and written expression is very good. You have good IT skills, preferably also in Abacus. You are familiar with labor law matters. You are empathetic and enjoy working with people from different nations and cultures. Absolute discretion is a matter of course for you.
