As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Control of deployment and management of employees working in the kitchen area
- Proper storage of all food and raw materials in the designated storage rooms, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene (HACCP)
- Training new employees in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of technical equipment, monitoring careful handling of these
- Recording and initiating necessary repairs in the kitchen area
- Conducting regular inventories
- Cooperative collaboration with all adjacent departments, especially with central food purchasing
- Passing on and monitoring training content
- Successfully completed vocational training as a cook/chef
- Several years of leadership experience in upscale gastronomy
- Very good German and English skills
- Organizational talent, optimal time management as well as quality and cost awareness
- Knowledge of food law regulations and provisions (LMHV, food law)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
