- Deliveries Co-ordinations & Shipping Documents
- Commercial proposals preparation and follow ups:
- -Creation of commercial proposals per customer's requirements on SAP system, including basic price discount discussions with customer.
- -Conduct a systematic and active follow-up of offers & quotations, including analyses and actions
- -Supports external sales in preparation for project tender submissions and documentations.

- Perform internal sales coordinator functions

- General Office Management - Renewals of company business registration, licenses, business permits, Insurances

- Marketing - Assisting the sales engineers in preparation of marketing tools; coordination and provide assistance on marketing events

- Account – Book Keeping Functions, Assist in payments collections & follow ups.

- Liaise with HR SSC and HR Business Partners to coordinate HR operational activities and support employee engagement initiatives.
Your profile
- 1.Education & Experience:
- oBachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- oMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, sales coordination, or customer service roles.
- oExperience in handling SAP or other ERP systems is highly preferred.
- 2.Technical Skills:
- oProficiency in SAP for generating quotations, processing orders, and managing deliveries.
- oStrong understanding of sales processes, including commercial proposal preparation and follow-up.
- oBasic knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting processes, and payment collections.
- oFamiliarity with office management tasks, such as business registration renewals and license updates.
- 3.Sales & Marketing Support:
- oAbility to assist external sales teams with government project tender submissions and marketing material preparation.
- oExperience in coordinating marketing events is a plus.
- 4.Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- oStrong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions and internal coordination.
- oAbility to speak and read English and Chinese is required to liaise with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- oExcellent follow-up and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 5.Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail:
- oHigh attention to detail in preparing quotations, managing documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of sales data.
- oStrong problem-solving skills to resolve delivery or customer-related issues.
- 6.Teamwork & Collaboration:
- oAbility to work collaboratively with both internal teams (sales, accounting, marketing) and external stakeholders.
- 7.Time Management:
- oStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 8.Adaptability:
- oAbility to adapt to changing customer requirements and business needs, ensuring flexibility in handling various tasks.
