What you will do:
- You will take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
- This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary property maintenance, scheduling and conducting property viewings as well as handovers
- You will be in contact with ownership, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities
- Negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget also falls within your area of responsibility
- To meet all these tasks, you can count on the support of both team members from technical management and leasing as well as the administration and caretaking that you supervise
- At the "Living" location, you will also work with your team to provide personal support to customers on-site
That’s why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education and a professional certificate in property management (or are in training). You also bring several years of professional experience in this field
- You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge in your daily work with various systems
- An efficient and goal-oriented working style as well as good communication skills with negotiation skills qualify you in dealing with different and demanding target groups
- A high level of service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
