Property Manager (m/f/d)

Uster, 80 - 100%

What you will do:

• You will take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
• This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary property maintenance, scheduling and conducting property viewings as well as handovers
• You will be in contact with ownership, tenants, caretakers, tradespeople, and authorities
• Negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget also falls within your area of responsibility
• To meet all these tasks, you can count on the support of both team members from technical management and leasing as well as the administration and caretaking that you supervise
• At the "Living" location, you will also work with your team to provide personal support to customers on-site

• You have a commercial basic education and a professional certificate in property management (or are in training). You also bring several years of professional experience in this field
• You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge in your daily work with various systems
