THIS IS WHAT YOU DO

As a lead developer, you expand our Bison OMS with the team, including concepts, strategies, development, knowledge distribution, rollout support
You are responsible for releasing/deployment of OMS
You work closely with the PO and PM of OMS
Bug handling (bringing reported bugs to ready, if necessary acting as mediator to other teams)
Member of the Bison Reporting Guild (contributing topics, knowledge distribution, moderating courses)
Working with Kanban in Scrum mode
Working with new but also "old proven" technologies

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING

Experienced application developer, preferably in the reporting area
Your heart beats for reporting - Crystal and Jasper are familiar to you and you are ready to deepen your knowledge in them
You have experience, flair, and enthusiasm for organizational tasks, knowledge distribution, etc.
You are eager to learn and curious
Proactive pathfinder
You live true responsibility and are self-organized
Confident German in spoken and written form
