You are responsible, together with the Head of Housekeeping, for the professional and personnel management of the housekeeping department. In doing so, you help to ensure a well-maintained and appealing appearance of all rooms as well as the flawless operational process of cleaning and laundry supply. You support your team operationally in daily business and assist with the organization of the goods cycle (procurement to disposal). You ensure that economic and ecological requirements, quality standards, occupational safety, and hygiene standards are met. Carrying out and ensuring an age-appropriate, professionally competent food and beverage service in the restaurant as well as in the residential groups are also part of your tasks. Assisting in the organization and execution of events and occasions rounds off your area of responsibility.
You work without room hours in the early or late shift (until approx. 7:30 p.m.) and have on average two weekends off per month.

- Qualification as a hospitality-housekeeping specialist EFZ
- Higher professional education and further training as a trainer is an advantage
- Proven professional experience in housekeeping / gastronomy in healthcare
- First leadership experience is an advantage (young talents welcome)
- Efficient and careful working style as well as ability to set priorities
- Team player and well-groomed appearance
- Good knowledge of German
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
