Power Platform Operations & Security Specialist (80-100%) - Start: immediately or by arrangement

With your commitment, you shape the IT world of the most beautiful city in Switzerland and help to further develop it.

• As part of a DevOps team, you operate and optimize our Power Platform – with a special focus on availability, security, and continuous development.
• You take responsibility for the security of the Power Platform within the DevOps team, define security guidelines together with the SecOps team, and further develop them. You also ensure compliance with applicable security standards.
• You actively contribute to the automation of integration and deployment (CI/CD) within our DevOps framework.
• You keep an eye on the usage of the platform, capacities, and system performance (e.g., API load, license consumption).
• You analyze error patterns and resolve disruptions as part of 2nd-level support for platform incidents.
• You support the development, maintenance, and further development of solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365.

• You have a higher education in computer science (at least at HF level) or have completed training as a computer scientist EFZ with corresponding further education – thus you bring the necessary skills for the challenges of this position.
• Certifications for the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., PL-900, MB-910, SC-900) are an advantage.
• You have several years of experience in the operation, administration, and optimization of Power Platform environments – especially with Power Apps, Power Automate, the Power Platform Admin Center, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and the CoE Toolkit.
• Your knowledge in the management, further development, and implementation of governance, security, and compliance structures in Power Platform environments enables you to work together with the department for digital security and privacy to develop sound guidelines.
• You work confidently with Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• You are sociable, communicative, and appreciate the exchange with both internal and external clients.
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills.
