Trainer in Nursing
in the central education team
50 - 60%
What your daily routine looks like
- You accompany and support trainees AGS, FaGe, HF Nursing as well as interns.
- In the department, you focus exclusively on your role as a trainer.
- You independently organize and coordinate the diverse operational daily routine with the trainees.
- You plan, lead, and evaluate learning days (LTT).
- You handle administrative tasks independently and flexibly according to your needs.
- You independently manage your duty schedule.
- You actively contribute to the further development of the training area.
- Your training workload is 50 - 60%. Depending on your desired workload, you can work in the relief pool (on-call contract) as a health professional.
What excites Thurvita about you
- Swiss-recognized qualification as a health professional EFZ and very good German skills.
- Ideally, you have experience in a training role and already hold an SVEB 1 certificate.
- You appreciate independent work and make decisions.
- You are flexible and working at different locations is no problem for you.
- You enjoy working with young people in training.
- You are familiar with digital tools.
