Software Engineer

GRITEC is a technology partner for demanding industrial projects, product and capital goods development. We design, simulate, develop, and realize with the latest methods and engineering tools. Our own electronics/software lab, the well-equipped workshop for prototype and automation system construction, as well as an experienced simulation team support our development and design teams as well as those of our customers from the idea phase to the fully industrialized product.

We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f)

• Development of modern mobile, web, and desktop applications

• Design of new projects and customer ideas

• Support of the sales team in preparing offers for software projects

• Implementation of new customer functions as well as continuous optimization of existing
applications

• Development of vision- and camera-based software solutions

• Close collaboration with electronics, mechanics, automation, and project teams

• Completed studies in software engineering or systems engineering (FH/ETH)

• Several years of experience in software development in an industrial environment

• Passion for modern software development and new technologies

• Solid knowledge in .NET/C#, Python as well as modern frontend frameworks
(e.g. React or Svelte)

• Experience in API development, PostgreSQL/SQL, message-based architectures,
Docker, Kubernetes, and IoT technologies

• Routine in handling CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization

• Independent, structured, and at the same time team-oriented working style

• Exciting projects in modern industrial and technology environments
