Who are we?
Insolight is a growing company based in Renens (Switzerland) employing 25 people. We develop agrivoltaic installations, with a unique infrastructure offering agricultural protection in addition to solar energy. Our solutions are deployed in Switzerland, France, and Italy with more than 60 projects under development. Our team is passionate about implementing a solution that impacts both energy and agriculture, addressing several sustainable development goals at once.

We are looking for a versatile person with excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. Candidates must be highly motivated to work in a growing company in the clean technology sector and wish to contribute to the smooth running of the company’s general administrative activities. This position reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks
- Manage the "admin" mailboxes of Insolight SA and its subsidiaries by relaying necessary actions to the teams
- Manage mail: sorting, sending packages, collecting registered mail
- Organize team travel and accommodation
- Write internal and external written communications
- Organize signatures of various legal documents (NDA, contracts)
- File paper and digital documents
- Perform scanning or printing tasks for the team
HR support
- Assist in preparing contracts and all necessary employment documents
- Organize onboarding of new employees
Support for sales and project development teams
- Prepare and send various contracts and documents
- Carry out various administrative procedures
- Organize appointments with competent authorities and notaries
Office organization
- Manage office supplies and logistical needs
- Organize internal company events and assist the Marketing team with organizing external events
Profile
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail, rigor, and discretion
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; operational level Italian desired
- Proficiency with IT tools such as MS Office
