About the job
Leadership and management of the project team (mechanics, automation, assembly)
Direct leader of the Mechanical Engineering group
Coordination of various resources
Definition, control, and assurance of milestones (project reviews) and project goals
Execution of projects up to installation and final customer approval according to customer specifications
Management of multiple projects simultaneously
Direct customer contact (in German, English, and French)
Cost and schedule management using SA
Regular reports to management on project progress
Responsibility for the selection of concepts and technical solutions
Responsibility for medical validation according to PQP in collaboration with the validation team (FDA, GAMP) to ensure project excellence
Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering
Operational management know-how and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent performance in project management and leading project operations and activities
Experience in the automation industry: an advantage
Know-how and experience in all required management tasks (budgeting, personnel, reporting, presentations, etc.)
You are passionate about your work and can inspire your employees and colleagues towards common goals
Good knowledge of qualification processes in pharmaceutical, medical, and production environments
Strong documentation and communication skills
Languages: fluent in German and English (spoken and written), French is an advantage
International orientation and willingness to travel
