We are a modern bakery pastry shop with a café-bar restaurant in the
heart of Davos Dorf, already run in the 4th generation.
In our daily operation with about 100 seats, we serve regional and traditional dishes and snacks all day long.
In our well-frequented sales shop, various
house specialties and fresh baked goods are sold daily. Furthermore, we supply various hotels and restaurants in the region daily.
In November 2021, we were awarded for the fourth time in a row at the
Swiss Bakery Trophy as the best bakery-pastry shop in the canton of Graubünden.
In June 2019, we also won the Baker's Crown of the
Swiss Bakers Association.
