Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) – Summer Season, June - September 2026
Your Role
- As Restaurant Manager, you are the heart of our casual restaurant concept.
- As a strong leadership personality with organizational talent, you ensure the smooth operation of the restaurants.
You lead by example, inspire your team, and are present – for your guests and with your team.
Operations & Guest Service
- Ensuring smooth daily operations during both lunch and dinner service
- Responsibility for mise en place, product quality, and careful handling of service equipment
- Active guest care – you personally serve and exemplify the highest service quality
- Training, supporting, and motivating the team according to our standards
- Professional and solution-oriented handling of guest feedback
- Close collaboration with housekeeping and kitchen for smooth processes
- Promoting in-depth product knowledge within the team
Planning & Administration
- Creating duty rosters and managing working hours via Mirus
- Monitoring daily cash closing, card payments, and daily accounts
- Ensuring compliance with internal standards (LQA, AMS) and hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Your Profile
- Degree from a recognized Swiss hotel management school
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in upscale gastronomy
- Fluent German and English; French and Italian are an advantage
- High presence in the restaurant with genuine passion for first-class guest service
- Strong leadership skills as well as excellent organizational and social competencies
- Personal integrity combined with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Strong quality awareness, attention to detail, and clear team orientation
