Energy from biomass – your future! As team leader for Mobile Services West, you take on the technical and organizational responsibility for the depot area and the biomass site in Brügg near Biel. You lead a dedicated team of machine operators, take care of the acquisition and support of our customers in French and German, and are the driving force behind our service in the region.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

· You lead your team of machine operators and ensure that our machinery is always ready for use

· You are the contact person in case of machine failures and coordinate solutions within the team

· You are responsible for customer acquisition and customer support in your region

· You prepare offers for mobile services and support the monthly billing processYou are responsible for the organization and supervision of the composting and green waste transfer sites

· You ensure reliable processing of orders and ensure satisfied customers

Profile & Requirements:

· A completed mechanical or manual vocational training, ideally as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, farmer or forest ranger

· Leadership experience and a team-oriented personality

· Experience in handling construction machinery (e.g. wheel loader, telescopic loader) and in logistics as well as environmental technology

· Knowledge of occupational safety and health protection

· Experience in the recycling industry is an advantage

· Driver's license category C/E

· Very good language skills in German and French
