Your tasks
- Advising employees on all payroll-related questions
- Assisting in the preparation of accurate and timely payroll accounting
- Recording and maintaining personnel master data, time bonuses, and absences
- Certification and reporting as well as correspondence with authorities, social insurance carriers, and tax offices
- Providing information on social security and wage tax law issues as well as payroll-related matters
- Preparing evaluations and statistics
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in payroll accounting, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge in using the payroll software P&I LOGA is desirable
- Team spirit and service orientation
- Careful and structured way of working
