We are looking for a Partner Manager for our team.
Description
Partner Managers are responsible for maintaining and expanding strategically important partner relationships.
The focus of the partnerships managed is on white label partners and banks.
Responsibilities
- Support for our banking and white-label partners
- Conducting commercial negotiations up to contract conclusion as well as planning and supporting operational implementation
- Management of existing whitelabels and partners in their respective industries. The Partner Manager ensures that partners are transitioned into regular processes after onboarding and are correctly supported by the various departments within the organization. This includes communication with the partner and coordination of the necessary internal parties.
- Gathering new requirements and specifying business needs in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Roadmap planning and further development of the partnership
What You Bring
- Market experience in the payment industry and relevant specific sectors.
- Technical understanding for developing solutions with partners.
- Strong self-management skills.
- A broad network of partners in the payment industry or specific sectors.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with a strong customer and service orientation.
- Very good, negotiation-level communication and presentation skills in German and English.
