Tasks
- Independently executing customer orders in the field of garden and grave care
- Leading a work group of varying sizes
- Assisting in work organization
- Willingness for a day of deployment per week as group leader in the village garden center Kriens, field of garden and grave care
- Building and maintaining customer contacts in consultation with the specialist management
- Professionally guiding employees with disabilities
- Accompanying individual work and development processes as a contact person
- Maintaining contact with the social environment of the employees
- Assisting in training apprentices
Requirements
- Training as a landscape gardener EFZ and/or several years of professional experience in garden maintenance
- Further training in work pedagogy is an advantage
- Driving license category B including trailer examination
- Team-oriented, resilient, and open personality
- Joy in accompanying and promoting people with disabilities
- Independent working style and organizational flair
- Efficient, customer-oriented order processing with pronounced work quality and punctuality
- Confident expression in speech and writing
- Good Microsoft 365 knowledge and secure application of digital media
