You take over the holistic care and support of patients and their relatives
You are responsible for professional care and support taking into account modern nursing and treatment concepts
You support the nursing teams flexibly and reliably whenever additional reinforcement is needed
You get to know various specialties within internal medicine including their team structures, processes, and ways of working

You have a diploma as a nurse specialist HF/FH and at least one year of professional experience in a Swiss acute hospital
You bring high social competence as well as commitment to constructive interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
Your way of working is independent, responsible, and reliable
You quickly adapt to new situations and keep an overview even in changing areas of deployment
You are willing to work at the Chur and/or Walenstadt locations
