• Independent and professional operation of rollers during pavement installation
• Targeted and correct handling, maintenance, and care of the entrusted machines
• Compliance with all application and safety regulations
• Active support of the team on the construction site

• Completed training and several years of experience as a construction machinery operator
• Driver's license category B, completed construction machinery courses (M6)
• Independent, precise, and orderly working style
• Team-oriented, flexible, responsible, and reliable personality
• Good German skills in spoken and written form

• Independent and varied activity
• High-quality machinery park including GPS control
• 5 weeks or from age 50, 6 weeks vacation + possibility to buy additional vacation
• Various employee events annually
