Your tasks

• Independent management of a varied property portfolio
• Competent contact person for owners, tenants, caretakers and craftsmen
• Organisation and supervision of apartment handovers and inspections
• Coordination of maintenance, renovation and refurbishment work
• Preparation of rental contracts and handling of the entire tenancy
• Budget planning and assistance with heating and ancillary cost statements
• Ensuring professional and service-oriented customer care

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a property manager
• Several years of professional experience in property management
• Sound knowledge in the independent management of a property portfolio
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and confident demeanour
• Very good German skills, French skills are a plus
• Driving licence category B is an advantage
