Your role
- Collaborate with transversal teams on ESG integration, RI frameworks, RI policy updates, ESG regulation, RI surveys and RI product shelf evolution.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and research on RI topics and on market trends to inform RI strategy development and implementation, RI thought leadership and RI product development, and support the delivery of specific initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, tools, and workflows to enhance the analytical capabilities and the efficiency of the RI team.
- Support commercial efforts by providing expertise for sales processes and client requests.
- Support the integration of AI into the RI team’s operations and in relevant RI projects by collaborating with the Pictet AM Tech team.
Your profile

- Strong expertise in sustainability and/or responsible investment, with a focus on quantitative analysis and data-driven insights. Experience in quantitative analysis, data science, or financial modeling is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data management and visualisation tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI). Ability to develop and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for responsible investment and sustainability.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A team-oriented, collaborative mindset, with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics with clarity and to use these skills to contribute to regular thought leadership pieces for use internally and externally.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in French is highly desirable.
- Must be resident in Switzerland, or willing to relocate. This position is Geneva-based.
In addition to your professional competencies, you demonstrate strong enthusiasm for sustainability and are motivated by the possibility of driving change. You are keen to join a team with high ambitions, ready to provide an environment that allows you to put your skills into practice. We expect you to be self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and highly collaborative. To thrive in our culture, you will have a strong sense of ethics, will not compromise on integrity and show commitment to the success of the wider team.
