Tasks
The area of deployment consists of several departments and deals with flight operations topics. During your internship, you will report to the Head of Flight Ops Documentation & Deployment.
- Assisting in the creation of flight operations manuals for pilots and cabin crew members
- Publishing manuals and aircraft-related documents
- Working on various projects in collaboration with the respective responsible persons
- Independently handling written inquiries
- Supporting administrative tasks within the Flight Ops Policy, Procedures & Engineering department

Requirements
We are looking for motivated, team-oriented, and open graduates with good German and English skills.
A careful and precise way of working and enthusiasm for the airline industry should be brought along.
- Desired workload: A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
- Completed high school, technical, commercial, or business school or a 3-year apprenticeship (EFZ)
- Structured and independent working style with high resilience and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to keep the big picture in mind while having an eye for detail
- IT affinity and advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams)
- Goal: Aviation studies at ZHAW and/or great interest & understanding of the airline business
