As a project manager for substations, you will take on the leadership of demanding infrastructure projects that ensure the trouble-free operation of our facilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and preparation of offers for new construction and expansion of substations
- Management of demanding substation and network infrastructure projects
- Monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines, and quality, coordinating internal and external teams
- Maintaining contacts with professionals, customers, and suppliers, active stakeholder management
- Leadership of the project team in a matrix organization
- Organization and enforcement of occupational safety guidelines in the project
Profile & Requirements:
- Completed engineering degree or experience in infrastructure project management
- Professional experience in energy transmission and distribution, especially in engineering large plants
- Solid project management knowledge, ideally with project manager certification
- Strong assertiveness, technical understanding, and commitment
- Excellent organizational skills and customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset
- Very good German skills, good French skills are an advantage
