As a project manager for substations, you will take on the leadership of demanding infrastructure projects that ensure the trouble-free operation of our facilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Acquisition and preparation of offers for new construction and expansion of substations
• Management of demanding substation and network infrastructure projects
• Monitoring and controlling costs, deadlines, and quality, coordinating internal and external teams
• Maintaining contacts with professionals, customers, and suppliers, active stakeholder management
• Leadership of the project team in a matrix organization
• Organization and enforcement of occupational safety guidelines in the project

Profile & Requirements:

• Completed engineering degree or experience in infrastructure project management
• Professional experience in energy transmission and distribution, especially in engineering large plants
• Solid project management knowledge, ideally with project manager certification
• Strong assertiveness, technical understanding, and commitment
• Excellent organizational skills and customer orientation, entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good German skills, good French skills are an advantage
