- Responsible and professional care, support, and assistance for our patients and their relatives
- Independent organization of your own work area as well as ensuring a smooth care process
- Occasional guidance and supervision of trainees from various professional groups (HF, FaGe)
- Goal-oriented and cooperative collaboration within an interdisciplinary treatment team
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH) and at least two years of professional experience in acute care (required)
- Motivation to help shape and further develop nursing standards and processes
- Oral foreign language skills for communication with diverse patient groups are an advantage
- Good oral German skills (at least level B2)
- Interest in team development and enjoyment in creating solutions together with others
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
