Your Tasks

• Professional, personnel and organizational management of the nursing department on a psychotherapy ward   
• Planning and implementation of contemporary nursing based on the latest findings
• Main responsibility in the key worker system and design of the nursing process from admission to discharge
• Leading the nursing therapeutic group and co-leading mood groups
• Promoting good collaboration in the interprofessional team, creating a supportive working climate in which individual employees can further develop according to their abilities and actively contribute to ward activities

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse (m/f/d) HF, with experience in a psychiatric setting
• You bring 1 – 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• You remain calm in exceptional situations and focus on the essentials 
• You have high social skills
• You possess very good PC user skills
• Excellent German skills (native speaker or C2 with several years of residence in a German-speaking area)
