Tasks

Care for patients across the spectrum of emergency medicine.
Conduct focused and abdominal sonographies across specialties.
Supervise and support our resident doctors in training.

Skills

Experience as a senior physician with a specialty in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, or Anesthesiology.
ACLS and ATLS certification; ultrasound skills advantageous.
Strong teamwork, responsibility, and resilience are essential.

Your Tasks and Perspectives

Care of patients across the entire spectrum of emergency medicine and life-threatening conditions with patient management in the shock room
Performing focused sonographies and abdominal sonographies of all kinds, including interdisciplinary
Supervision of assistant physicians in our specialist clinics
Training and support by our experienced senior physicians in all areas of emergency medicine (emergency practice to shock room)
Opportunity to participate in research projects and the further development of our emergency department

What You Bring to This Position

Experience as a senior physician and completed specialist title in General Internal Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, or Anesthesiology
Completed ACLS and ATLS courses as well as ultrasound skills are an advantage
Interest in ISP Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR
Enjoyment of ultrasound and the full range of emergency patients
Motivation to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team as well as teamwork skills, responsibility, and high resilience
