YOUR MISSION WITH US
You competently advise our customers by phone and email and find a suitable solution for every inquiry.
You update and maintain the customer base, process changes, and reliably handle the cancellation process.
You record customer and object data as well as the agreed intervention measures punctually and precisely.
You actively participate in projects and help to make processes even more efficient and customer-friendly.
You carefully archive all relevant documents in our electronic archiving system.
