About the job
Field of activity: You support the curator and assistant curators mainly in preparing upcoming special exhibitions (current project: Arnold Böcklin) and publications.
Tasks: Your tasks include research, writing and editing texts, and general editorial work (especially inquiries about image rights) as well as assistance with organization and administration.
Collection: You will also assist with collection rearrangements and respond to general inquiries.
Experience: Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience and possess good computer skills.
Personality: A quick grasp, commitment, independence, resilience, flexibility, and teamwork complete your profile.
Education: Requirements for application are an advanced or completed university degree (Master's) in art history and good knowledge in the field of 19th-century art and classical modernism.
Language: You have good foreign language skills in French and English.
