Team Leader Setup Technician (m/f) 100%

Your Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of line mechanics (around 10-15 employees)
• Ensuring the technical availability of the systems as well as support in troubleshooting and repairs
• Training, promotion, and further development of setup technicians (m/f) and technical cleaning staff (onboarding, coaching, training, etc.)
• Development and creation of setup instructions for filling lines
• Systematic analysis of malfunctions and short stops as well as initiation of sustainable improvements (CIP)
• Planning and implementation of maintenance, repair, and optimization measures
• Participation in investment and modernization projects
• Support in qualification and validation activities
• Organization and management of spare parts and consumables in cooperation with technical and purchasing departments
• Close collaboration with the filling, technical, planning, and quality assurance departments

Our Requirements

• Technical vocational training and advanced technical education (Technician HF, Master, NDS or Bachelor)
• Leadership experience / several years of experience as a team leader
• Industry experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or food industry

(GMP knowledge is an advantage)

• Good German and English skills
• Experience in handling small investment projects is an advantage
• Strong communication and decision-making skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
