Job Purpose
Aus- und Aufbau von nachhaltigen Kundebeziehungen im definierten Gebiet.
Information der definierten Kundengruppe über Produktepalette, entsprechende Dienstleistungen und Hilfsmittel.
Regelmässiger Austausch der Feedbacks mit Stakeholdern wie, Produktespezialisten, KAM’s, Verkaufleiter, Marketingabteilung
Key Responsibilities
- Führen von hochwertigen Kundengesprächen bei den definierten Kundengruppen. Dabei auch die digitalen Medien einsetzen (e-detail, 1:1 emails usw.)
- Definierte Zielgruppe marktgerecht bearbeiten, Frequenz der Kontakte hochhalten, damit Vertrauen auf- und ausgebaut werden kann.
- Umsetzen der aktuellen Verkaufs- und Marketingstrategien
- Organisation und Durchführung von regionalen Ärztemeetings und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
- Verantwortung für die regionalen Promotionsbudgets zur Unterstützung von medizinischen Veranstaltungen und Sponsorings
- Teilnahme und Kundenbetreuung an nationalen Fachkongresse
- Selbstständige Analyse der regionalen Marktdaten. Je nach Situation definieren und umsetzen von Massnahmen.
- Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Marketings und Medical.
- Rapportieren der Sales-Aktivitäten im CRMS
Basic Requirements:
- Ausbildung im paramedizinischen Bereich (Drogist/in, Pharmaassistent/in, Mediz. Praxisassistentin, Physiotherapeut/in, Laborant/in, Pfleger/in) oder einen Universitätsabschluss im Bereich Naturwissenschaften
- Sie konnten erste Erfahrungen im Bereich GP und Pädiater sammeln und haben sich einen Leistungsausweis erarbeitet.
- mehrjährige Erfahrung als Pharmaberater/in bei Allgemeinpraktikern oder Pädiatern in der Zürich Land Region
- Muttersprache ist Deutsch. Sie verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse (Veeva, Outlook, MS Office)
- Handeln und Denken als Unternehmer im Unternehmen, investieren die vorhandenen Ressourcen Verantwortungsvoll und arbeiten gerne im Team
Preferred Requirements:
- Eidg. Dipl. Pharmareferent/in oder SHQA
- Erfahrung im Impfstoffbereich und / oder Erfahrung bei unseren Zielgruppen (GP / Pädiater)
- Wohnort: Zürich oder Region Zürich
