- Independent handling of the administration of AXA internal training offers such as publishing the trainings in the "YES Learning Tool", processing registrations, sending invitations, providing training materials, maintaining statistics, creating reports, quarterly billing and invoice control, etc.
- General administration and management of internal training rooms, material management, and technical support for "YES Learning"
- Smooth processing and answering of questions from various internal stakeholders from the German- and French-speaking parts of Switzerland
- Identifying potential for process optimization and participating in its implementation
- Interest in participating in exciting projects

- Commercial basic training
- Professional experience in comparable functions; re-entrants and career changers welcome!
- Good MS365 knowledge, enthusiasm and affinity for various IT tools
- Initial experience with Power Apps is an advantage
- Confident German and good French skills, English and Italian skills are an advantage
- Strong service mentality, high commitment and joy in daily learning, willingness to take responsibility
- Interest and openness to new topics
