Foreman 100% Structural Engineering

For our client, a leading construction company in the field of structural engineering, we are looking for a committed and experienced foreman to actively support our team. Your tasks:

• Planning and AVOR: Organization and preparation of work on the construction sites
• Team leadership: Leading and motivating a team of construction workers
• Reporting: Documentation of daily work and progress
• Measuring and marking: Precise surveying and marking work directly on the construction site
• Task coordination: Effective collaboration and coordination with the foreman/site manager

Your profile:

• Completed training as a mason EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, ideally in a leadership role
• Category B driving license
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to work in a team
• High sense of responsibility and independent working style
• Flexibility and resilience
