Summary

Execution of assigned tasks and activities in biopharmaceutical production while adhering to relevant GMP, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines.
Operational routine activities to properly carry out the manufacturing process and enable the timely provision of active ingredients in the correct quality and quantity.

About the Role

1.   Participation in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing process in shift operation
2.   Execution of all assigned activities in compliance with valid GMP, work, operational, environmental, and safety instructions and guidelines.
3.   Guidance of new employees during on-the-job training / onboarding.
4.   Responsible execution of individual process steps (preparation, execution, completion).
5.   Proper and timely cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of production equipment and production areas
6.   Execution of assigned production service activities (e.g., SAP bookings, document preparation and review, support during maintenance work)
7.   Sample collection, aliquoting, distribution, and execution of in-process controls
8.   Execution of delegated environmental monitoring for clean rooms and delegated sampling of purified water and pure steam
9.   Organization of immediate measures in case of disturbances, reporting anomalies to the supervisor
10.   Execution of all assigned activities in compliance with GMP, occupational safety, and environmental guidelines
11.   Excellent documentation of activities according to GMP regulations
12.   Commitment to continuous improvement
13.   Proper handling of biological and chemical substances in the production facility
14.   Willingness for continuous improvement and weakness analysis
15.   Participation in all relevant training for the position, maintaining the corresponding training records
16.   Promoting and maintaining an HSE-compliant environment: reporting near-misses
