We are looking for a deputy restaurant manager (80-100%) for our Bloomell Coffeehouse in Olten.

As deputy restaurant manager, you will take responsibility for daily operations during the absence of the restaurant manager, support the restaurant manager in organizational and operational tasks, and be a key pillar for our team.
YOUR TASKS
- Host role from welcoming to bidding farewell to our guests
- Operational daily responsibility for the business (Opening hours: daily, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Support the restaurant manager in administrative and organizational tasks
- Practical work throughout the operation, including coffee preparation (Latte Art) and service
- Ensure compliance with our standards and processes
- Lead and support the team in operational business
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed basic training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable education
- Further training in gastronomy/operations management is an advantage
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and enjoyment in working with guests
- Digitally savvy – many of our processes are digitized
- Resilience, independence, and flexibility
- Willingness to work regularly on weekends and public holidays
