1st Level Support for Logistics Systems (m/f/d) 100%

• Receiving, analyzing, and processing malfunction reports in collaboration with operations and support partners
• Active monitoring, processing, and documentation of support cases in the ticket system
• Conducting test runs for software adjustments in the test environment together with customers and system providers
• Conducting professional training for key users
• Monitoring the interfaces between systems

• Completed training in logistics with a focus on IT and technology.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (e.g., SSI WAMAS) is an advantage
• Strong social skills, as well as team spirit with full commitment and reliability
• Networked and process-oriented thinking
• Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Solution- and service-oriented, as well as structured working style
• Very good German and IT skills are required

As a 1st Level Supporter, you ensure the availability of the warehouse management system (SSI WAMAS 5), as well as the connected systems and data collection terminals for the timely processing of daily business and support operations with questions regarding the IT systems used.
