What you will do
With our platform, we reach millions of users every year. Your mission is to further expand our presence on social media and find new ways to reach, activate, and excite people with relevant content about our topics.
You don’t just see social media as a channel but as an experimental field: You develop creative formats, test new ideas, and build communities around our topics. You recognize trends early, work with micro-influencers, and develop content that triggers reach, engagement, and discussions.Your tasks
- You bear the main responsibility for the organic growth of Comparis in the social media area as well as all social media channels of Comparis, including planning and publishing content
- You independently develop formats and content that perform organically and generate reach and traffic for our platform
- You develop and implement creative and viral social media formats and campaigns
- You produce social content, especially video and short formats for various platforms
- You identify relevant micro-influencers and communities and actively interact with them
- You monitor social media discussions and relevant topics around Comparis and our markets

Required Skills and Qualifications
What we expect from you
Several years of experience in building and organically growing social media channels, ideally in a digital environment, with proven success in reach and engagement
Very good understanding of platform mechanics, community dynamics, and viral formats
Affinity for the topics of finance, insurance, and housing as well as the ability to prepare these appropriately for social media target groups
Experience in producing social content, including video and static formats
A feel for tone, trends, humor, and relevant discussions on the web
Creative, experimental, and hands-on working style with joy in implementing things yourself and trying out new ideas
Very good German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage
