As an independent insurance broker, we advise and support companies on the topics of occupational pension provision (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ). Together, we want to responsibly and independently accompany and permanently support our customers.

For our Pension Brokerage division, consisting of three sales units, we are looking for a new head. With us, you can expect an experienced team, a great corporate culture, and plenty of room for ideas and impulses.

Your tasks

Leadership and strategic development of the Pension Brokerage division
Overall responsibility for the division consisting of three sales teams with around 18 employees. This includes direct leadership of one team and indirect leadership of two other teams
Ensuring and further developing a high level of expertise within the division as well as comprehensive, broad networking with other internal specialist and interface areas
Independent and holistic consulting and professional support of entrepreneurs and companies on the topics of occupational pension provision (BVG, KTG, UVG, UVGZ)‎
Active network maintenance as well as positioning and representation of the bank (internally and externally)
Ensuring active market development and anchoring of Zürcher Kantonalbank as a brand in the occupational pension market

Your profile

Completed business administration education (university, university of applied sciences, or similar)
Further training in the field of occupational pension provision as well as completed intermediary examination (VBV)
Leadership experience across multiple management levels in a comparable environment
Experience in advising and supporting corporate clients in the pension and personal insurance sector (BVG/KTG/UVG) as well as sound market knowledge in the collective foundation sector
Enjoyment of customer contact and strong skills in negotiation and presentation
Very good German skills, business fluent English skills, French skills are an advantage
