We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and rigorous HSE Coordinator (Technical Services & Engineering) to join our Technical Services department, based at our production site in Bulle, Switzerland.
About the position
The HSE Coordinator supports the Technical Services and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with HSE processes, risk control within technical activities, and continuous improvement of HSE performance.
Who you will work with
You will collaborate with colleagues from the Technical Services department and the Engineering service, as well as with operational teams and external contractors, to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
What you will do
- Ensure on-site presence and supervise activities from an HSE perspective during maintenance work and modifications of production facilities in a regulated environment (GMP).
- Validate safety plans and strategies for facilities (LOTO).
Participate in monitoring construction sites, confined spaces, and work at heights
- Support the reception, HSE training, and follow-up of external contractors.
- Ensure the availability and control of PPE, lifting equipment, and work at height equipment.
- Lead or participate in HSE incident investigations and the incident management process.
- Manage and analyze HSE indicators, propose action plans to achieve our objectives, and ensure reporting.
- Participate in HSE audits, risk analyses, and documentation updates.
Profile sought: education, experience, and skills
- Federal VET diploma or technician certificate, good knowledge of risks related to industrial maintenance.
- Federal STPS certificate (Occupational Safety and Health Protection) or equivalent (BTS or DUT EHS).
- Good knowledge of HSE regulations in chemical and pharmaceutical environments.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and document and quality management systems.
- Analytical skills, collaborative spirit, assertiveness, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to adjust communication according to different interlocutors.
- Fluency in French and English; any additional language appreciated.
