Function Objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice for national and international mandates on all regulatory aspects of the financial services sector, particularly:
- Banking law, insurance law, collective investment law, capital market law, and asset management
- FINMA regulations (FINMAG, FINMAV) and other relevant laws (OR, GWG)
✓ Advising and supporting clients in complying with national and international laws and regulations, including supervisory law CSSF, MFSA, FMA, CIMA, BaFin, and AML/KYC regulations
✓ Communication with supervisory authorities
✓ Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents in the financial services sector, including due diligence reviews and structuring complex transactions
✓ Representation of mandates in regulatory disputes and arbitration
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI

Requirements Profile

Professional Competence
Education:
✓ Swiss attorney license and top qualifications
✓ Additional studies in business law or financial law
✓ Notary license (desired)
Work Experience:
✓ 5 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in a law firm, auditing company, bank, or asset management
Languages:

✓ Fluent, level-appropriate German
