To support our tunnel construction project (double-track expansion of the Ligerz tunnel), we are looking for a committed Project Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

As a project assistant, you are the organizational hub and support the team in all administrative matters on site (construction office Ligerz). You work closely with the operational management and help ensure that processes on the construction site run smoothly.

What motivates you 

• Creditor management with the SAP operating system and the Comstruct web application 
• Participation in the ordering process and delivery control on a large construction site
• Recording inventory and material stocks on site
• Supporting the site managers in all administrative and organizational matters 
• Handling correspondence (German and French) 
• Filing and documenting all files and documents

• Completed commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in main or secondary construction trades 
• Communication equally in German and French
• A flair for numbers 
• An independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working as well as teamwork skills
