Your area of responsibility … here you can let loose
- As a Chef de Partie, you independently manage your station and have experience and flexibility to be deployed in other stations in the à la carte restaurant. As a member of a small kitchen brigade, you are co-responsible for the preparation and production of dishes at the highest quality level for our à la carte restaurant.
- Everything is homemade with us, and we expect attention to detail and responsible goods management.
- Preparing and plating dishes for à la carte
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines, workplace hygiene, and proper storage
- Support with orders and goods receipt
- Mise en place
- Support other stations such as breakfast
Requirements … what you bring
- At least 3 years of experience in food preparation in a gastronomic establishment
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to read recipes and prepare dishes according to specifications
- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate workflows
- Teamwork skills
- Creativity and ability to develop new dishes
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Cost awareness and ability to minimize food waste
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
- Good German language skills
