Chef de Partie (m/f) GG-250302

Your tasks:

• Ensuring optimal operational flow in the assigned work area
• Maintaining cleanliness and order
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Preparation, processing, and plating of dishes
• Providing the mise-en-place
• Care and cleaning of work areas and equipment

Your profile:

• Team player
• Resilience and flexibility
• Ability to think in a networked way
• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy as Chef de Partie
• Good German skills, additional languages (English) are an advantage
