Manager Group Cash & Treasury (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Establishment and further development of a group-wide treasury organization
• Introduction and management of a group-wide cash pooling
• Responsibility for group-wide liquidity planning, control, and reporting
• Consolidation and validation of liquidity plans of subsidiaries
• Preparation of the monthly bank statement and development of standardized treasury reports
• Design and optimization of payment transactions (including implementation of modern payment processes and systems)
• Maintenance of banking relationships as well as negotiation of credit and financing conditions
• Further development of the group-wide Cash & Treasury policy and governance structure
• Banks and financing: Support in structuring financings, ensuring sufficient credit lines, support in syndicated or investment financings
• Risk management: Establishment of processes for identification, assessment, and control of financial risks (currency, interest rate, liquidity risks)
• Interest and currency management, including hedging strategies and reporting
• Close cooperation with accounting, controlling, tax, and international companies
• Participation in the selection and implementation of treasury management systems (TMS)
• Perspective: Establishment of in-house banking and further digital treasury services

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance, treasury, or corporate finance
• Several years of relevant professional experience in group treasury, corporate finance, or cash management of an internationally active industrial company
• Sound knowledge in liquidity management, cash pooling, financing, and bank control
• Experience with SAP (ideally S/4HANA Treasury) as well as high IT and system affinity
• Strategic thinking combined with an operational hands-on mentality
• Initiative, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for building new structures
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
