The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care stands for complex long-term care in the Bern region – comprehensive, individual, competent, and with heart. In our homes in Köniz, Ittigen, Wittigkofen, and Elfenau, we care for and support around 400 people aged 18 and over with complex health needs. tilia has specialized departments for people with dementia, respiratory diseases, as well as for neurological and bariatric long-term care.

For the activation area, across locations, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable, and committed personality as of January 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Leading and promoting the directly supervised activation staff across four locations
• Personnel deployment planning (PEP) for the employees
• Training future specialists for everyday design and activation
• Independent planning, organization, and implementation of holistic activation offers as well as ensuring a varied and structured daily routine
• Organizational and implementation responsibility for events, excursions, and room design at the locations and in the residential areas
• Further development of the offers at the locations in collaboration with the team
• Professional documentation and evaluation in careCoach

• Completed training as a certified activation specialist HF
• Leadership training completed or willingness to complete it
• Trainer in training companies or willingness to complete the training
• High independence, strong sense of responsibility, and a respectful and empathetic approach to residents
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and contributing to a lively everyday life
